The Government, by engaging its responsibility within the conditions specified in Article 100 below,
may demand of each one of the Assemblies to pronounce themselves by a sole vote on all or on part
of the provisions of the texts in discussion:
• at the moment of the extraordinary sessions, provided that these texts have been deposited
within forty-eight hours of the opening of the sessions;
in the last eight days of each one of the ordinary sessions.
