The Institutions of the State are:
• the President of the Republic and the Government;
the National Assembly and the Senate;
the High Constitutional Court.
The Supreme Court, the Courts of Appeal and the jurisdictions attached to them as well as the High
Court of Justice exercise the jurisdictional function.
