47. (1) In this Chapter, save where the context otherwise requires, the following expressions shall have the following meanings respectively, that is to say "contravention", in relation to any requirement, includes a failure to comply with that requirement, and cognate expressions shall be construed accordingly; "court" means any court of law in Malta other than a court constituted by or under a disciplinary law and in articles 33 and 35 of this Constitution includes, in relation to an offence against a disciplinary law, a court so constituted; "disciplinary law" means a law regulating the discipline Interpretation ofChapter IV.
