Composition of the Supreme Court of Appeal

(1) The Justices of the Supreme Court of Appeal shall be— (a) the Chief Justice; (b) such number of other Justices of Appeals not being less than three, as may be prescribed by an Act of Parliament. (2) When the Supreme Court of Appeal is determining any matter, other than an interlocutory matter, it shall be composed of an uneven number of Justices of Appeal, not being less than three. (3) A Justice of the Supreme Court of Appeal may only be appointed in accordance with section 111 .
