(1) Every person shall have a right to recognition as a person before the law. (2) Every person shall have the right of access to any court of law or any other tribunal with jurisdiction for final settlement of legal issues. (3) Every person shall have the right to an effective remedy by a court of law or tribunal for acts violating the rights and freedoms granted to him or her by this Constitution or any other law. [11 of 2010]
