Official source(1) No Minister or Deputy Minister shall assume office unless an oath or solemn affirmation was taken and executed in a manner prescribed by an Act of Parliament. (2) The President shall have the power to remove Ministers or Deputy Ministers from their posts. [13 of 2001]
