Official source154. (1) Until Parliament otherwise determines, the municipality
of Kuala Lumpur shall be the federal capital.
(2) Notwithstanding anything in Part VI, Parliament shall have
exclusive power to make laws with respect to the boundaries of
the federal capital.
(3) (Repealed).
