In the application of Parts I and II of this Schedule to the State of Malacca

22. In the application of Parts I and II of this Schedule to the State of Malacca and Penang references to the Yang di-Pertua Negeri shall be substituted for references to the Ruler, and the following shall be omitted, that is to say, paragraphs (c) to (g) of subsection 1(2), section 1a, subsection 2(4), subsections (2) and (6) of section 19, subsection 20(4), in subsection 14(3) the words preceding “the sums to be shown under paragraph (b)” and in subsection 19(3) the word “other” in the first place where it occurs.
