Official sourceDe wet geeft regels ter voorziening in zaken waarbij twee of meer openbare lichamen zijn betrokken. Daarbij kan in de instelling van een nieuw openbaar lichaam worden voorzien, in welk geval artikel 134, tweede en derde lid , van toepassing is.
