Official sourceArticle 48 Supreme Court of Nauru
(1) There shall be a Supreme Court of Nauru, which shall be a superior court of record.
(2) The Supreme Court has, in addition to the jurisdiction conferred on it by this
Constitution, such jurisdiction as is prescribed by law.
