Official sourceArticle 18 The Cabinet
(1) The Cabinet consists of the President and the Ministers appointed under Article 19.
(2) A member of the Cabinet shall, before entering upon the duties of his office, take and
subscribe the oath set out in the First Schedule.
(3) A member of the Cabinet shall not hold an office of profit in the service of Nauru or
of a statutory corporation.
