Until otherwise declared by Parliament, the powers, privileges and immunities of
Parliament and of its members and committees shall be those of the House of Commons
of the Parliament of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and of its
members and committees as at the commencement of this Constitution.
