Official sourceArticle 20 Vacation of office
A Minister ceases to hold office:
(a) upon the election of a President;
(b) upon resigning his office by writing under his hand delivered to the President;
(c) upon being removed from office by the President; or
(d) upon ceasing to be a member of Parliament otherwise than by reason only of its
dissolution.
