Article 57 Nauru Court of Appeal (1) There shall be a Nauru Court of Appeal, with jurisdiction and powers to hear and determine appeals on decisions or judgments of the Supreme Court or as prescribed by law. [cl (1) am Act 10 of 2022 s 5, opn 8 June 2022] (2) For the avoidance of doubt, there shall be no appeals from any decisions or judgments of the Court of Disputed Returns. (3) There shall be a President of the Nauru Court of Appeal, who shall be appointed by the President.
