Property to be stated as being in Electoral Commission

In any prosecution for an offence in relation to any ballot boxes, ballot papers, or marking instruments at an election, the property in the boxes, ballot papers, and instruments may be stated as being in the Electoral Commission . 1956 No 107 s 131 Section 202 heading : amended , on 21 March 2017 , by section 99(1) of the Electoral Amendment Act 2017 (2017 No 9).
