Certain persons disqualified from candidacy

The following persons are not qualified to be a candidate or to be elected as a member of Parliament: a an Electoral Commissioner: b a Deputy Electoral Commissioner: c a Returning Officer: d a Registrar of Electors: e a Deputy Registrar of Electors.
