Official sourceThe House of Representatives shall have as its members those persons who are elected from time to time in accordance with the provisions of the Electoral Act 1956 or this Act, and who shall be known as members of Parliament . Section 27 : amended , on 30 November 1995 , by section 2 of the Electoral Amendment Act 1995 (1995 No 60).
