Notice of change of place of residence given but not dealt with

An applicant who gives notice under section 89C(2) before the commencement of this clause and whose notice has not, by the close of the day before the commencement of this clause, been dealt with under section 89C(5), (6), or (13), is for the purposes of section 89(1) an applicant for registration as an elector. Schedule 1AA clause 2 : inserted , on 1 May 2017 , by section 112 of the Electoral Amendment Act 2017 (2017 No 9).
