Return of party’s election expenses and return of party’s allocation expenses to be publicly available

During the public inspection period, the Electoral Commission must ensure that the following are publicly available (free of charge) on the Electoral Commission’s internet site: a a return filed under section 206I ; and b an auditor’s report obtained under section 206L accompanying the return referred to in paragraph (a) ; and c a return filed under section 206IA ; and d an auditor’s report obtained under section 206LA accompanying the return referred to in paragraph (c) . Section 206Q : replaced , on 20 December 2025 , by section 114 of the Electoral Amendment Act 2025 (2025 No 82).
