Official sourceDuring the public inspection period, the Electoral Commission must ensure that every return filed under section 209 is publicly available (free of charge) on the Electoral Commission’s internet site. Section 209E : replaced , on 20 December 2025 , by section 116 of the Electoral Amendment Act 2025 (2025 No 82).
