Provision text
Official source1 Any 4 members of the Commission, of whom 2 are the members holding office under section 28(2)(e) , shall be a quorum, and may exercise all functions vested in the Commission. 2 The Commission may make such rules for the conduct of its business, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as it thinks fit. 1956 No 107 s 21; 1991 No 68 s 9
