Official sourceIn this Part,— amendment Act means the Electoral Amendment Act 2025 commencement date ,— a in clauses 8 and 10 , means the date on which this schedule comes into force; and b in clause 9 , means 1 January 2026. Schedule 1AA clause 7 : inserted , on 20 December 2025 , by section 139(a) of the Electoral Amendment Act 2025 (2025 No 82).
