Register to be public

The Electoral Commission must— a make the register available for public inspection at its office during ordinary office hours, without fee; and b supply to a person copies of all or part of the register on request, subject to the payment of any charges that may be made under the Official Information Act 1982 . Section 204V : inserted , on 1 January 2011 , by section 7 of the Electoral (Finance Reform and Advance Voting) Amendment Act 2010 (2010 No 137).
