Purpose of sections 146B to 146K

Sections 146B to 146K provide an alternative to the procedures set out in sections 143 to 146 by which people can be nominated as candidates for election for electoral districts. Section 146A : inserted , on 28 February 2002 , by section 57 of the Electoral Amendment Act 2002 (2002 No 1).
