Official sourceFor the purposes of sections 8HB to 8HI , the expressions Crown forestry assets , Crown forest land , Crown forestry licence , and licensed land shall have the same meanings as they have in section 2 of the Crown Forest Assets Act 1989 . Section 8HA : inserted , on 25 October 1989 , by section 40 of the Crown Forest Assets Act 1989 (1989 No 99).
