Official sourceIf a party secretary considers that there is no relevant information to disclose under section 210 , the party secretary must file a nil return under that section. 2007 No 111 s 53 Section 210B : inserted , on 1 March 2009 , by section 6 of the Electoral Amendment Act 2009 (2009 No 1).
