Return of party's election expenses

1 Within 90 working days after polling day, a party secretary must file a return of the party's election expenses with the Electoral Commission. 2 The return must be— a in the form required by the Electoral Commission; and b accompanied by an auditor’s report obtained under section 206L , if that section applies. 1993 No 87 s 214C(1) (pre-20 December 2007); 2007 No 111 s 106 Section 206I : inserted , on 1 March 2009 , by section 6 of the Electoral Amendment Act 2009 (2009 No 1).
