Official sourceAll references to an amount or value of a donation or contribution are inclusive of any goods and services tax incurred by the donor or contributor in respect of the goods or service donated or contributed. 2007 No 111 s 22 Section 207A : inserted , on 1 March 2009 , by section 6 of the Electoral Amendment Act 2009 (2009 No 1).
