Official sourceA person who fails to comply with section 207G with the intention of concealing the identity of the donor commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $40,000. 2007 No 111 s 29 Section 207H : inserted , on 1 March 2009 , by section 6 of the Electoral Amendment Act 2009 (2009 No 1). Section 207H : amended , on 1 July 2013 , by section 413 of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011 (2011 No 81).
