Official sourceNo person not actually engaged in voting may remain in a polling place other than the following: a the Returning Officer: b polling place officials: c scrutineers: d any other person with the permission of the Returning Officer. Section 164 : substituted , on 28 February 2002 , by section 64 of the Electoral Amendment Act 2002 (2002 No 1).
