Transitional provision for loans entered into on behalf of parties before commencement date

1 Nothing in Part 6B applies in respect of any loan entered into on behalf of a party before the commencement date. 2 To avoid doubt, nothing in section 214C or 214F relating to aggregations of loans applies to any loan entered into on behalf of a party before the commencement date. 3 In this section, commencement date means the date of commencement of this section.
