Records of party donations

1 A party secretary must keep proper records of all party donations received by him or her. 2 A party secretary who fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $40,000. 2007 No 111 s 34 Section 207N : inserted , on 1 March 2009 , by section 6 of the Electoral Amendment Act 2009 (2009 No 1).
