Donations to be transmitted to candidate or party secretary

1 Every person to whom a candidate donation is given or sent must, within 10 working days after receiving the donation, transmit the donation to the candidate. 2 Every person to whom a party donation is given or sent must, within 10 working days after receiving the donation, either— a transmit the donation to the party secretary; or b deposit the donation into a bank account nominated by the party secretary. 2007 No 111 s 23 Section 207B : inserted , on 1 March 2009 , by section 6 of the Electoral Amendment Act 2009 (2009 No 1).
