Official sourceNothing in this Act shall affect in any way the right of any person to petition the House of Representatives for the redress of any grievance, or the jurisdiction of any committee or other body set up by the House of Representatives to deal with a petition to the House of Representatives. Section 9 : replaced , on 1 January 1987 , by section 27 of the Constitution Act 1986 (1986 No 114).
