Maximum amount of registered promoter’s total election expenses

1 The total election expenses of a registered promoter in respect of any regulated period must not exceed the amount published on the Electoral Commission’s internet site under section 266A . 2 The amount published on the Electoral Commission’s internet site is inclusive of goods and services tax. Section 206V : replaced , on 20 December 2025 , by section 53 of the Electoral Amendment Act 2025 (2025 No 82).
