Official source1 Rules of court may be made in the manner prescribed by Senior Courts Act 2016 for the purposes of this Part. 2 1956 No 107 s 160; 1986 No 116 s 7 Section 234(1) : amended , on 1 March 2017 , by section 183(b) of the Senior Courts Act 2016 (2016 No 48). Section 234(2) : repealed , on 28 October 2021 , by section 3 of the Secondary Legislation Act 2021 (2021 No 7).
