Offence relating to contravention of section 207E

A transmitter who fails to comply with section 207E with the intention of concealing the identity of the donor or any or all of the contributors commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $40,000. 2007 No 111 s 27 Section 207F : inserted , on 1 March 2009 , by section 6 of the Electoral Amendment Act 2009 (2009 No 1).
