Service of decision

The Tribunal shall cause a sealed copy of its decision and recommendation (if any) with regard to any application under section 8D to be served on— a the applicant; and b the Minister within the meaning of section 4 of the Cadastral Survey Act 2002 ; and c the Minister of Maori Affairs; and d such other persons as the Tribunal thinks fit. Section 8H : inserted (with effect on 9 December 1987) , on 30 June 1988 , by section 4 of the Treaty of Waitangi (State Enterprises) Act 1988 (1988 No 105).
