Official sourceA person who fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with section 207B commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $40,000. Section 207BA : inserted , on 1 January 2023 , by section 5 of the Electoral Amendment Act 2022 (2022 No 80).
