Official sourceA search of the register for personal information that has not been carried out for a purpose specified in section 204S constitutes an action that is an interference with the privacy of an individual under section 69 of the Privacy Act 2020 . Section 204X : replaced , on 1 December 2020 , by section 217 of the Privacy Act 2020 (2020 No 31).
