Official sourceUnless earlier cancelled under section 204P , a promoter's registration expires on the close of polling day for the next election following the date of the promoter's registration. Section 204Q : inserted , on 1 January 2011 , by section 7 of the Electoral (Finance Reform and Advance Voting) Amendment Act 2010 (2010 No 137).
