Electoral Commission to publish details relating to regulated period

The Electoral Commission must, as soon as practicable after the commencement of the regulated period for a general election, publish in the Gazette notice of— a the date on which the regulated period commenced; and b the date on which the regulated period will end. Section 3C : inserted , on 1 January 2011 , by section 5 of the Electoral (Finance Reform and Advance Voting) Amendment Act 2010 (2010 No 137).
