Official sourceA person who has a physical or mental impairment may apply for registration as an elector under section 83 through a representative, and section 86 applies with any necessary modifications. Section 85 : replaced , on 25 March 2014 , by section 17 of the Electoral Amendment Act 2014 (2014 No 8).
