Official source1 The Parliament of New Zealand continues to have full power to make laws. 2 No Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom passed after the commencement of this Act shall extend to New Zealand as part of its law. 1973 No 114 s 2; New Zealand Constitution Act 1852 s 53 (UK); Canada Act 1982 s 2 (UK); Australia Act 1986 s 1 (Commonwealth)
