Official sourceIf a candidate considers that there is no relevant information to disclose under section 209 , the candidate must file a nil return under that section. 2007 No 111 s 46 Section 209A : inserted , on 1 March 2009 , by section 6 of the Electoral Amendment Act 2009 (2009 No 1).
