Invoice and receipt required for election expenses of $50 or more

Every payment made in respect of any election expenses of a candidate, other than a payment that is less than $50, must be vouched by an invoice stating the particulars and by a receipt. 1993 No 87 s 209 (pre-20 December 2007); 2007 No 111 s 85 Section 205J : inserted , on 1 March 2009 , by section 6 of the Electoral Amendment Act 2009 (2009 No 1).
