Official sourceWhen carrying out their duties under sections 86B , 86C , 86D , and 86E , a prison manager must communicate with a prisoner in a way that the prisoner can reasonably be expected to understand. Section 86G : inserted , on 20 December 2025 , by section 13 of the Electoral Amendment Act 2025 (2025 No 82).
