Official sourceIn this subpart, unless the context otherwise requires,— authorised person has the meaning given to it by section 208F(3) donation protected from disclosure means a donation made under section 208A(2) in accordance with section 208A(3). 2007 No 111 s 37 Section 208 : substituted , on 1 March 2009 , by section 6 of the Electoral Amendment Act 2009 (2009 No 1).
