Term of office

The Chairperson and every member of the Commission who holds office under section 28(2)(e) or section 28(3)(b) , unless he or she sooner ceases to be a member as provided in section 30 , shall cease to be a member on the date on which the first periodical census of population is taken after the date of his or her appointment. 1956 No 107 s 15(6); 1991 No 68 s 2(1)
