Return of registered promoter’s election expenses to be publicly available

During the public inspection period, the Electoral Commission must ensure that every return filed under section 206ZC is publicly available (free of charge) on the Electoral Commission’s internet site. Section 206ZH : replaced , on 20 December 2025 , by section 115 of the Electoral Amendment Act 2025 (2025 No 82).
